Such a small percentage of people are doing what is needed to maintain their health or develop themselves and attempt to increase their income by getting better jobs or starting their own businesses. Those few that did these things certainly reap the rewards of greater health, a brighter outlook and future.

When a person gets up off their proverbial behind and works toward a better way of life, they make massive improvements not only in their lives but also to their health. That shows itself in their having a much lower risk of developing medical conditions related to poor diet such as heart attacks, strokes, diabetes as well as premature aging.
